Planning and Zoning Meetings are held every third Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Crosby City Hall Council Chambers. Mitch Hinnenkamp is the Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Crosby.

All applications must be received at Crosby City Hall by 4:00 p.m. 30 days prior to the requested Planning and Zoning Meeting.
Please submit your completed permit applications by email to adminassist@cityofcrosby.com
Permit application will be reviewed by appropriate officials. Once the permit application is approved, you will be notified of the fee due to the City for the permit to be issued to begin your project. Questions, please contact City Hall 218-546-5021.
