Meet Our Officers
Full-Time Officers
Officer Alan Booth: Serving since 2013, Officer Booth is a graduate of Crosby-Ironton High School and received his law enforcement training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Officer Booth previously served with the Aitkin County and Crow Wing County Sheriff's Offices and currently serves with the Emily Police Department part-time. Officer Booth currently serves as a firearms instructor, active shooter response/A.L.I.C.E. Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Reserve Program Coordinator along with his patrol duties. Officer Booth is actively involved with the Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary), American Legion Boys State Program, and competes in Highland Heavy Games and Strongman Competitions in his off-hours.
Officer Mike Davis: Serving since 2016, Officer Davis is a graduate of Brainerd High School and received law enforcement training through Alexandria Technical and Community College in Alexandria, MN. Officer Davis previously served with the Williston Police Department in Williston, ND before returning to Minnesota. Officer Davis currently serves as the Police Canine Handler for the Crosby Police Department - K9 Unit. Office Davis supervises Predatory Offender Quarterly Checks within the city of Crosby along with his patrol duties. Officer Davis enjoys hunting, playing hockey, and spending time with his family in his off-hours.
Sergeant Robert DePaoli: Serving since 2013. Sergeant DePaoli is a graduate of Brainerd High School and received his Law Enforcement Training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Sergeant DePaoli previously served with the North Memorial Ambulance Service before beginning his law enforcement career and currently serves with the Emily Police Department Part-Time. Sergeant DePaoli currently serves as a Taser Instructor, and Fleet Manager and assists with digital evidence processing along with his patrol duties. Sergeant DePaoli enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family in his family during his off-hours.
Officer Dustin Hines: Serving since 2021. Officer Hines is a graduate of Brainerd High School and received his Law Enforcement training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Previously Officer Hines previously served for the Mille Lace County Sheriff's Office and Aitkin County Sheriff's Office. Officer Hines enjoys hunting, motorsports, and enjoying the outdoors.
Officer Colter Jenkins Serving since 2016, Officer Jenkins is a graduate of Brainerd High School and received his law enforcement training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Officer Jenkins previously served with the Wyoming Fish and Game Department and the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office. Officer Jenkins currently serves as the School Resource Officer for the Crosby-Ironton School District and an ALICE Instructor along with his patrol duties. Officer Jenkins enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family during his off-hours.
Sergeant Tom Mount: Serving since 2010. Sergeant Mount is a graduate of Crosby-Ironton High School and received his Law Enforcement Training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Sergeant Mount began his law enforcement career with the Crosby Police Department. Sergeant Mount also currently serves with the Cuyuna Police Department as a Part-Time Officer. Officer Mount currently serves as a Defensive Tactics Instructor and Field Training Officer along with his patrol duties. Sergeant Mount coaches elementary and junior high football and basketball and is an assistant coach for the Crosby-Ironton Ranger Football team. Sergeant Mount also enjoys camping, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends in his off time.
Officer Steve Ringhand: Serving since 2002. Officer Ringhand is a graduate of Crosby-Ironton High School and received his Law Enforcement Training from Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Officer Ringhand previously served for the Deerwood Police Department and Aitkin County Sheriff's Office. Officer Ringhand serves as a Field Training Officer along with his patrol duties. Officer Ringhand enjoys hunting, fishing, hockey, and enjoying the outdoors in his off time.
Part-Time Officers
Officer Matt Huesmann: Serving since 2020. Officer Huesmann is a graduate of Brainerd High School and received his law enforcement training through Central Lakes College in Brainerd, MN. Previously Officer Huesmann served as an Intern and Reserve Officer with the Crosby Police Department. Officer Huesmann currently serves part-time with the Crosby Police Department
