Deputy Clerk/Treasurer

The Deputy Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for performing confidential, administrative support for the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer. The position is responsible for all payroll and accounts payable functions, financial reporting, audit preparation and management, elections administration, and serves as a back-up to the Utility Billing Clerk and Administrative Assistant. This position may also assist the City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer in human resources related tasks including but not limited to administration of employee benefits, access and use of confidential labor relations information, and management of employment documentation.

Position is Open Until Filled with first review of applications beginning February 19. Position is non-union, non-exempt with a 2025 salary range of $28.43 - $36.96 per hour. Questions can be directed to the City Administrator at cityadmin@cityofcrosby.com.
