GENERAL ELECTION

The GENERAL ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Crosby City Hall.  This is a non-partisan election, meaning voters are allowed to vote for any candidate they feel best represents them without having to vote along party lines.  To avoid any delays on election day, please be sure you are registered to vote by October 15, 2024.

 

2024 City of Crosby Council Election

The offices that are open for election are:

Mayor (2 year term) currently held by Diane Cash

Council Member (4 year term) currently held by Paul Heglund

Council Member (4 year term) currently held by Shawn Jarvela

All Crow Wing County voters may vote early in person at the Crow Wing County Elections Office, 2nd Floor West Wing, Historic Courthouse, 326 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN.   Dates and times are listed below:                                                                                                          

  • September 20, 2024 In-person early absentee voting starts during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, beginning 46 days before the election.
  • October 18, 2024 Direct ballot absentee voting begins (placing ballot directly in ballot counters)
  • October 26, 2024 Open extended hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • October 29, 2024 Open extended hours from 8;00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • November 2, 2024 Open extended hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • November 3, 2024 Open extended hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • November 4, 2024 Early voting ends at 5:00 p.m.
